TERMS & CONDITIONS
Your portrait(s) upon completion (unless framed) are shipped within 2-5 business days. Please be aware that I work on a first come first serve basis and waiting times can take up to 2 months min. (subject to availability and dependant on your individual needs) so please contact me to make sure your portrait can be complete and delivered, by the time you would like to have it by.
SHIPPING
All orders are packaged and shipped securely with a tracking number to the address you provide, via Royal Mail or alternate courier service (typically 2-5 working days). If your portrait is a gift, it can be shipped directly to the recipient if you would prefer and I shall always provide you with a photograph of your completed portrait/s “before” shipment for your approval. I also provide a ‘pre-framing’ care sheet via email, to ensure your artwork is kept in “pristine” condition – that “must be confirmed” as received and “understood” before shipping your portrait to you/the recipient.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
I do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your portrait and I will do my best to resolve any issue(s). I strive for excellent feedback and customer service, so do not hesitate to contact me.
